Refund policy

NO REFUNDS are available on any hair products-- due to sanitary reasons.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase. 
Returns will be given as a store credit 

Returns will be given as store credit towards another steamer. The customer is responsible for repacking and sending the product back in its original box (save your box) to the return address that will be emailed to them. Authorization will be given.

Shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
